Embracing my bodaciousness. My curves. Forget skinny. {Skinny is for those who cannot help it, but there is beauty in that, too.}
I read last night in "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle that we are all just manifestations of consciousness. That when we die we don't die perse, but experience simply a "dissolution of form".
Hmmm.
I wondered briefly how many people beat themselves up daily about their appearance, when they chose to look the way they do, simply to experience that aspect of themselves?
Bottom line, there is no fat. Eat up girls. We chose this. :)
Pass the dips, sisters. Oh, and a song to celebrate the advent of a new group. Do join.
xoxo

You are gorgeous Gillian! Thanks for this. So much better to lift each other up instead of putting ourselves down :)

Seeing as I just ate some chocolate chip banana bread I am so happy to hear this news :)
I think we'll realize...some far off day...that many of the things we worried and focused on, like shape and size, were the wrong things. What a boring world it would be if we were all cookie cutters...but not allowed to eat cookies! xo

Acceptance is key, whether it be ourselves or others. You are so wise, my friend.
