This is not a poppy! These grow randomly all over Jordan and they are tiny...not poppies. Tara, what are these?
This weekend has gone by in a *flash*
We burned down the schoolhouse, roasted marshmallows, and celebrated the birth of a Queen.
You'll have noticed by now I've opened my windows to air this place out. I will go back to my old look soon but in the meantime let's pare down for summer shall we? Who needs the baggage?
I'm happy to hear that most of you finally recieved your postcards from Jordan. Two and a half months ain't bad. :D
Today's dreams include sparklers at dusk in the hands of giggling children, a delicious salmon & avocado pasta salad, tears shed for a girl who should have been here, and hugs to heal {hopefully} all that is injust in this world.
More dreams to come...xo
I think it's similar to an anemone and is considered a regional version of a poppy. Yes, I like the idea of opening the windows for a breath of fresh air! Your dreamy day sounds lovely. Sending a big hug, just because, and another because of sadness for the girl who should have been there. xoxox
