« I love weekends! Don't you? Have yourself a great one...! | Main | I'm off for *two weeks* of wild abandon! »

I am sure they will accept your offer! I know this isn't contributing much to the discussion, but I would really like those sandals! And, um, that skirt. So cute.

Lisa Swifka

Fingers are crossed that your offer is accepted and you'll be on your way towards creating a new home for yourselves!
Is that you standing atop the bench? Loving the whole look!
Darling Gill, so lovely to speak with you and I look forward to an even longer convo!
Glad to know your Dad is on the mend and they are enjoying retirement together! Love to both!

Tara Bradford

No nail-biting! Really putting out the positive energy for your offer to be accepted. But if for some ridiculous reason it isn't, then I expect you'll find another property to intrigue you. Fab photo! As for the potatoes, maybe the lesson is to buy them only in a see-through bag? :) xoxox

Graciel @ Evenstar Art

All positive thoughts and crossed fingers for your bid to be accepted. With the exception of the taters, everything is going right for you. A house sure to be found!

potatoes go green when they are left out in the sun or light in general. They do not go grteen if they are stored in a paper bag ( for example)

good luck on the house!

oh this banner, beautiful...AND sending good thoughts to get this home of your dreams....

Good news Monday! Except for the potatoes. Life is like a bag of potatoes, you never know what you're going to get (Dan Quayle). I found that they keep better in a cool dark cupboard - not refrigerated.

I can't stand it when you go to New York either. When you could come here instead.

Hope your new house says 'Yes. They're the ones.'

Ha, loved Bench Monday...I might have to join!
Best of luck on the house. Your house IS waiting for you, and if this is the one, woo hoo:)
"Life is like a bag of tatties", said with a Scottish twist:)
Cheers, Shelagh

Oh I love the photo but what I love most is to hear that Dad is on the mend!!!

Thanks Jeaux! Our house did say that we were the ones!
But, now the bank $$$'s need to say, "Yes, we'll help you buy that house!!!"

Fingers crossed, financing goes in for approval today. Keep us in your good wishes and thoughts!!

Just last night, I mentioned you to J. He said, "I'd like to meet Joe!" and I said, "You will, rabbit, you will!!"

Wow, I was needing a dose of Indigo positivity and this post gave it in droves! Have a fabulous trip, (I guess you're having it right now), and my fingers crossed on the house, or the banks, rather. Enjoy your adventures, all of them.
