What can I say except, I get to celebrate Fat Tuesday TWICE this month! Imagine my surprise when I discovered my colossal mistake. However, my children will be well pleased to know that they will have pancakes again in three weeks!
My toes were in the sand not too long ago...I obviously need another vacation! The mental strain of remembering holidays is getting to me!
Off now to pay you all some overdue visits...! xo
pancakes...ymm! Girl I am getting a clear mesage that you are ready to hit the beaches...and so am I.. Here's to two RICH women sitting on the shore, sand on our toes, sipping sangria and savoring the sweet sunset over the sea!

I just re-submitted a comment I left yesterday on your last post. Grimalkins in the system? Looks like you weren't the only one that was wrong about the holiday date. Yes, a holiday is needed! Love that toes in the sand photo. xoxox

I missed the whole thing entirely. Was I supposed to eat pancakes? I think I'm missing some key breakfast information. Was it International Pancake Day?
;-)

I know. I usually walk around after that service with the grey mark on my
forehead. It is one of the simpler, more meaningful services at the church.
They only see me once a year, so they would have wondered what I was doing
there! :-)

Shrove Tuesday. Ya know? Fat Tuesday? Mardi gras?
It isn't until the 24th. I thought it was past Tuesday. I'm a pancake gal,
